We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. Should you prefer to speak to someone please phone 01229 839147 Monday to Saturday 9.00 – 5.30.
We only try to show items which are currently in stock, however, due to our supplier’s large stock holding some items may be out of stock from time to time. If we are unable to full fill your order we will immediately refund your card for the full amount. We may offer you an alternative but this will be your choice we will not substitute any garment without your authorisation.
We try to despatch all goods within 7 days and can sometimes despatch within 2-3 days if this is not possible we will notify you.
Please make sure someone is available between the hours of 9.00 - 5.30 to receive your goods. For a small extra charge (see shipping section when you order) we can now dispatch your parcel so you will receive it within 48 hours. Please note that this service would only be available mid week and would not apply to a weekend delivery, e.g. an order placed on Thursday would not arrive until the Monday. Also we could not refund this express carriage charge should you decide to return the garments.
Payment and Prices
All prices include vat and are for standard sized garments. If you are beyond a certain size, this will be clearly indicated at the ordering stage. All payment is via our secure payment gateway.
If you are not happy with any item you can return them within 28 days of purchase for either a replacement or refund. However, please note altered items, damaged or worn cannot be returned, also any trouser that we have shortened to a none standard leg length cannot be returned. Please notify us first of any returns and we will advise you of the return address and any delivery note number you may require. We would suggest you insure the returned items as we cannot be held responsible for goods in transit. Please contact us by phone or email first before returning any item, do not under any circumstances return to the Barrow-in-Furness address. If you do this will incur a £10.00 surcharge for the items to be forwarded to the correct supplier.
All Loake shoes are sold as new. Returns will only be accepted if they are returned unworn and in the original undamaged packaging (including any free items that may have been sent). When trying for the first time we would advise you to wear them on a carpet so as not to mark the soles.
All Loake shoes are sent out free of charge but in the event that the shoes (including any free gift item) need to be returned, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage cost. We also suggest you use a secure courier as we can not be held responsible for returned goods damaged in transit or lost.
